Konflik sebenarnya adalah lumrah apabila berlaku sesuatu yang tidak sealiran dengan fitrah diri ahli keluarga atau organisasi. Ia perlu ditangani dengan efektif supaya proses mengurus konflik membawa kepada kebaikan kepada semua terlibat seperti menambahkan kefahaman, mengeratkan perhubungan, meningkatkan toleransi dan produktiviti.
