I want you to read to me stories
You want me to learn reading

I want to understand concepts
You want me to count only

I want to explore, experiment and experience
You want me to remember things

I want to draw and colour as I like
You want me to conform to your creativity

I want to play outside
You want me to stay inside

Mommy, Daddy
Give me freedom to play
I play to learn

And please…
Let me be a kid
For a little longer
